Repair and Service Policy
VivoNex, LLC will either repair the unit submitted, or at its option,
replace it with one that is equivalent or better under the terms
specified below. Repair of your NexDose® will probably result
in loss of your programming and stored data.
Warranty Service
NexDose® products are guaranteed against defects in materials
or workmanship under the terms of "Limited
1 Year Warranty". In submitting materials for warranty
service the purchaser must provide dated proof of purchase at the
time products are submitted for repair. The purchaser will be charged
$ 5.95 for shipping and handling associated with repairs performed
under warranty (Rates out of the United States will vary.). To expedite
repair, complete and send the "NexDose®
Request for Repair" (PDF) form along with product to be
repaired. Please follow the packing instructions listed below when
submitting products for repair
Non Warranty Repair and Service
In the event that more than 1 year has elapsed from the date of
purchase, or if the repair is not covered under the "Limited
1 Year Warranty" you will be contacted and given an estimate
for the cost of the repair. At your option, the unit will be returned
or repaired at your expense. You will be required to pre-pay the
costs and expenses for repairs. For return of units not repaired
you will be required to pay $5.95 for shipping and handling. To
expedite repair complete and send the "NexDose®
Request for Repair" (PDF) form along with product to re
repaired. Please follow the packing instructions listed below when
submitting materials for repair.
Shipping and Packing Instructions
1) Wrap the NexDose® unit in bubble-wrap
or foam.
2) Place the wrapped unit into a sturdy cardboard shipping container
and make sure that packing material is put on all four sides within
the container to prevent shifting.
3) Insert the completed "NexDose®
Request for Repair" form into the container and then seal
the container.
4) Address the container to the nearest NexDose® Service center
listed below. Be sure to include your return address.
5) Ship the package by a means that provides you with tracking information.
Please be advised that damage and losses incurred while shipping
are your responsibility. We suggest that you properly insure your
shipment.
6) Please ship only the component(s) requiring repair.
