Online patient medication information screens.

NexDose® online services provide an interface for viewing and managing patient information and analyzing compliance data. Gold Standard provides the latest drug and drug interaction information.

Patient and patient therapy information are entered and stored on the NexDose® permanent online database that is HIPPA compliant and secured for authorized access only.

Names of doctors, pharmacists, nurses and other members of the patient’s healthcare team are listed. Healthcare team members are granted secure access to the patient’s record without any additional charge. Members can have different levels of access to the patient’s record. Some can have view only rights, others are granted permission to modify therapy regimens and make entries onto the medication therapy record.

When patients are non-compliant the patient’s name and problematic therapy are highlighted in red.

Changes in therapy and lapses in patient adherence/compliance are automatically recorded and entered onto the permanent medication therapy record.

Printable reports include a medication therapy calendar that the patient can use to track medication use, a medication therapy summary, drug fact sheets in English and Spanish, in addition to tabular and graphical reports for analysis of patient adherence.
